PETER M. RILEY
Exploring what it means to live well, do difficult things, and make the most of the time we have.

About Me
I'm Peter.I've always been interested in what we're capable of when things get difficult.I spent 11 years working as a paramedic, seeing people on some of the worst days of their lives. Then, in 2021, I was diagnosed with cancer myself. It changed the way I looked at time, health and what really matters.Since then, I've found myself exploring those ideas through running, endurance, adventure, and science.I run long distances, hike long trails, make films and spend probably too much time thinking about physiology. But the adventures themselves aren't really the point. They're a way of exploring something bigger: how we build the capacity to do difficult things, how we deal with the things we can't control, and how we make the most of the time we've been given.I don't have all the answers. I'm just interested in figuring some of it out along the way — and sharing what I find.
Thank You
